Training Options

One-on-One Sports Performance Training

Personalized training provides focused attention for athletes who have specific performance goals, need additional support, are recovering from an injury, or want a completely individualized training program.

Athletes work directly with a Doctor of Physical Therapy to address strength, mobility, movement mechanics, injury prevention, and athletic performance.

One-on-One Sports Performance Training

Small-group sessions allow athletes to train in an energetic and supportive environment while still receiving personalized coaching.

Groups typically include 2–5 athletes and focus on areas such as speed, agility, explosiveness, strength, movement mechanics, and injury prevention.

Athletes can create their own group with teammates or friends or join an available training group.

How Our Sports Performance Program Works

Athlete Evaluation

We start by evaluating movement, mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and other factors related to the athlete's sport and performance goals.

Personalized Training Plan

Based on the evaluation, we create a training program focused on the athlete's individual needs, sport, experience level, and goals.

Performance Training

Athletes work on the skills needed to perform at a higher level, including strength, power, speed, agility, mobility, coordination, and conditioning.

Progress & Continued Development

We monitor performance and adjust training as the athlete develops, helping them continue progressing throughout their season and beyond.

Real Stories. Real Results.
