Dr. Tina Spivey

PT, DPT

As a proud Phoenician, Dr. Tina earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University where she graduated with honors. She stayed in-state and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff.

She spent her first year of practice in an intensive, orthopedic focused residency in a semi-rural area of Arizona. Residency training helped expose her to a wide array of orthopedic and neurological impairments and diagnoses. Her skills/certifications include: dry needling, joint mobilization and manipulation, vestibular rehabilitation, and Complete Concussion Management training.

She strives to provide an intensive, total body approach to fitness, rehabilitation and wellness. She specializes in orthopedics, spine and dizziness/vertigo for all ages. She loves the connections she is able to form with her patients, learning their stories and watching their progression through therapy. You might catch her doing a victory dance or two when her patients are working hard and achieving their goals!

Outside of work, Tina enjoys all things Arizona outdoors! She hikes as much as she can and loves to go exploring in every cave, canyon and national park Arizona has to offer with her husband and rescue pup.  From time to time, you might also catch her carrying sand bags, biking, climbing ropes or running in preparation for her next physical challenge including: ½ marathons, triathlon sprints, or spartan races. She has done them all!
