Dr. Tina Spivey

 PV Clinic Manager

As a proud Phoenician, Dr. Tina earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Arizona State University, graduating with honors. She continued her education in-state, earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff in 2017.

Dr. Tina began her career with an intensive, orthopedic-focused residency in a semi-rural area of Arizona, where she gained experience treating a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions. Now, for the past several years, Dr. Tina has been practicing at Impact Physical Therapy, where she continues to develop her expertise. She holds advanced training and certifications in dry needling, joint mobilization and manipulation, LSVT BIG, vestibular rehabilitation, whiplash treatment, and Complete Concussion Management. She also stays current in her field by regularly completing continuing education courses to ensure she delivers the most up-to-date, evidence-based care.

She takes pride in offering an intensive, full-body approach to fitness, rehabilitation, and wellness. Her clinical specialties include orthopedics, spine care, and the treatment of dizziness and vertigo across all age groups. Dr. Tina values the meaningful connections she forms with her patients—learning their stories and celebrating their progress. Don’t be surprised if you catch her doing a little victory dance when her patients are reaching their goals!

Outside the clinic, Tina enjoys spending time with her husband, their toddler son Clayton, and their rescue pup. These days, you’ll often find them exploring local restaurants, enjoying family-friendly activities around the Valley, or sneaking in a good workout at the gym. While her adventures may look a little different now, she still finds time to train for physical challenges like half marathons, sprint triathlons, and Spartan races—you name it, she’s done it!
