Dr. Brianna Ramsey

Physical Therapist

Dr. Brianna Ramsey, PT, DPT, was born and raised in Peoria, Arizona. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Athletic Training from Minot State University in North Dakota from2013 to 2017. Bri traveled around North Dakota working as an athletic training student for various sports for her college and the surrounding high schools as well as receiving physical therapy experience at Trinity Hospital in ND. She also went to Athletic Training Conferences and North Dakota Athletic Trainers’ Association State Meetings. 

While Bri was receiving her Bachelor’s degree, she played Division II Collegiate Soccer for the Minot State University Women’s soccer team. After ND, she then worked as the Lead Physical Therapy Technician at ATI Physical Therapy in North Phoenix, for 3 years, while applying to physical therapy school. Bri then started her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at A.T. Still University in Gilbert Arizona in 2020,a private osteopathic medical school focusing on whole person health care. She graduated inJune of 2023 after completing many courses and working as a Physical Therapy Student at PRISM PT in Las Vegas, an outpatient orthopedic clinic in California, and at one of the top level one trauma hospitals in Arizona, St. Joseph’s Barrow Neurological Institute, working in the ICU and ER department. 

Besides these locations/settings, she also completed a hospital neurological rotation in Hawaii, and multiple hours in other settings such as pediatrics and sports settings. After receiving her DPT in 2023, Bri became dual licensed as a physical therapist in Arizona and Nevada and took her first job at PRISM PT in Las Vegas. In Las Vegas, Bri treated high school, collegiate, and professional athletes ranging from the NBA, NFL, MLB, and NHL. 

Throughout her years through college, graduate school, and time in between, Bri has always stayed busy and involved in the soccer community. She has been a soccer pro trainer and coach for 9 years, holding academy sessions, summer camps, and private sessions for ages 3 years old to collegiate athletes for Coerver Arizona, the number one soccer skills training in Arizona. She also coached in Hawaii, for Coerver Hawaii, while completing her physical therapy rotation as a student.

Bri has also coached for multiple youth programs at 3 different soccer facilities coaching multiple teams, helping develop their soccer curriculum, and holding meetings. Dr.Ramsey has always had a passion for helping people throughout her life and is grateful for the opportunity to help people through physical therapy at Impact Physical Therapy.
