Weekly Workout: The Lunge

Not only are we a physical therapy office, but we enjoy and love to promote some of our favorite exercises to get our followers up and moving! This week we want to help spice up your workouts with the Lunge! Although this is a typical favorite when completing a body weight movement, did you know you can also spice it up by using it in different formats? For this week’s workout, we wanted to focus on a short, and fast workout to help get your body moving, but also one that can be challenging too!
Here is your workout of the week:
21-15-9 (21 of each movement, 15 of each movement, then 9 of each movement)
Side Lunges (each side, and add weights for an extra challenge!)
Squats
Push-ups
