Out of Network Physical Therapy
Being an out of network Physical Therapy office is liberating! I can now focus on getting patients better without insurance companies dictating my plan of care. For once, my sole focus, energy and thoughts can be directed to the patient and finding the best ways to ease their pain and improve overall function. Most in network providers are more worried about how much to bill, what are the best codes to use, quickly doing basic manual therapy techniques and then jumping to the next patient. It’s like a well-managed healthcare factory. How can we jam as many patients into a day and bill as much as possible? A lot of patients are fed up with the lack of attention and results. Lots of staff therapists are getting burnt out seeing 25+ patients a day and being stuck with tons of paperwork. Here is the good news…
There are physical therapy providers that can spend the time to listen to your issues and effectively address your pain. Imagine a 1-hour treatment where your therapist is completely focused on your needs. A session could consist of dry needling, cupping, kinesiotaping, stretching, mobilization/manipulation, kinetic movements and much more.
Sounds great but how much is this going to cost?
$129/hr. We also take Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA). A receipt to be submitted to out of network insurance is also available.
How much would you pay to be able to walk normal again, play with your children, return to CrossFit, jog, work pain free or return to the gym to resume your weight loss goals?
