Glendale Physical Therapist

Our team at Impact Physical Therapy had the privilege of hosting a mobility clinic at CrossFit North Valley this past weekend. Our team of experts were able to not only discuss mobility challenges within CrossFit Athletes, but also walk them through hands on tests, motions, and exercises to help locate any aches and pains they were having, and finally give them the tips and tricks to help overcome these obstacles to help them train more efficiently, and pain free.
