As the newest member of the Impact Physical Therapy Team, Margo joined us in September 2019 as a Front Office Coordinator. After visiting Arizona for so many years, she recently decided to call it home, joining their son, Ryan, who moved here after college. Margo maintains health and wellness as an important part of her life. She is a graduate of Aurora University and a four-year collegiate volleyball player. Her passion is to grow and develop talented teams and maximize the best possible patient experiences. She loves being apart of Impact’s enthusiastic team that is dedicated in changing people’s lives!

Outside the office, Margo can be found cheering for her daughter, Olivia, on the volleyball court, while mixing up her workouts with boxing, running, yoga, and hiking with her husband, Chris. She is thrilled about her new adventure with Impact Physical Therapy and looks forward to meeting you soon!

Dr. Eric Hefferon received his advanced doctorate degree in physical therapy from the innovative A.T. Still University. He has been practicing in the west valley for 6 years and has made strong ties to local gyms and medical practitioners. Dr. Hefferon started Impact Physical Therapy due to his passion for an individualized healthcare approach. He knew by creating a clinic that was out of network he could help give patients the results they deserve. His treatment style attracts patients from all over the valley and even out of state. When I first walked into Impact PT I was quickly greeted and met with the Physical Therapist right away. The Therapist stayed with me the whole time and educated me on things I could work on outside of PT. I really liked that I wasn’t handed to a bunch of different techs as well as not having to answer the same question multiple times! They are well trained, friendly, and have your best interest in mind! Injured or not they are great for recovery and prevention! Its great for athletes or the general working man! Give them a call!

This PT clinic is outstanding! I strained my back and neck in an auto accident and after a few months there was residual pain that worsened at times. My doctor referred me to Dr. Eric Hefferon and he is amazing! He was able to determine the cause of the pain and over the course of 7 sessions used a variety of techniques and exercises to resolve the issue. He also gave me a strength circuit to assist with osteoporosis. This is the best I’ve felt in a while and I’m so grateful! Also, the atmosphere at Impact is great - professional, genuinely friendly and encouraging! I can’t recommend Impact highly enough!

Dr. Dave listened to my symptoms and limitations I was experiencing. He was able to accurately pinpoint where the problem was and implemented a program to fix it. He used several methods, including hands on work, strengthening exercises and flexibility to greatly improve and heal the effected body part. I would highly recommend Impact Physical Therapy to anyone needing PT.

The whole crew here is fantastic - highly recommended. They’ve helped me with my long term low back injury and for the first time in a long long time I’m now living almost pain free. If you are looking for a physical therapist in the North Scottsdale area i can’t imagine anyone better than the crew here!

I have been having some knee problems and the people at Impact have done an awesome job helping me with my knee. I have been working with Uche the last few visits and he takes the time to ask questions, listen to my responses and work with me to help my knee stronger and experience less pain. He is also very patient which I really appreciate. Everyone who works at Impact is super friendly which creates a very welcoming environment. I am very happy going there and would recommend this place to anyone who needs help with pain 😊

I went to Impact after a car accident left me with a stiff neck/whiplash. I worked with Dr Zoch and she was friendly and knowledgeable. It was not always business all the time, she really gets to know you and is always asking how my family is. She gets to know what your goals are and is always thinking of our next exercise and stretch. When my schedule didn't line up with hers, another professional PT stepped in and knew exactly where I left off with Dr Zoch. The staff was always friendly and kind to me. I looked forward to going to PT because of the staff and the great results I was achieving! I feel better and I have plenty of workouts and stretches to continue after my discharge. Dr Erin at Impact Physical in Scottsdale, AZ is the real deal. I suffered soft tissues injuries from a car crash that left me with pain in my neck and upper back, and tingling, numbness and weakness in my arms and fingers. I could not properly extend my neck or head or even move my head very much in any direction. I thought I would be living with this new pain for the rest of my life. I did not even know it could be corrected through physical therapy and deep tissue massage. The treatments realigned my neck and spine and relieved my pinched nerves. I am now pain free and continue to be even months after treatment. I am very thankful for this doctor's skill and encourage anyone reading this who needs physical therapy or is in pain to go see her!

Impact is amazing!!! I went in for shoulder pain and Erin figured out it was my rib in 2 secs. She is an amazing doctor and am so glad I found her. I felt better in one session and honestly could have stopped after a few but felt it was so good for my health to keep going and progressing. She is a master of her profession! I've gone to Pt all my life for knee, hand, ankle issues and hands down she is the best I've ever met. I would highly recommend going to impact and doing whatever you need to do to get there. Her new coordinator Nakota is amazing as well! Everyone is friendly and warm. I will be missing them when I'm not in!

I have had nothing but outstanding experiences at Impact. They've been super helpful with my knee injury and go above and beyond to make every encounter easy and fun. As a former professional dancer, Dr. Erin has consistently impressed me with her knowledge and understanding of all things Dance. Highly recommend!
