Macey was born and raised in the small town of Pullman, Washington. She graduated from Eastern Washington University, where she received a degree in Therapeutic Recreation. Macey completed a 16-week internship at St Luke’s Rehabilitation Center in Spokane, Washington, where she focused on community reintegration and getting patients back to doing what they enjoy.

She is a huge believer that people are happiest and healthiest when they are doing the activities that they love. Because of this, Macey coordinates our wellness activities to give patients ample opportunities to reach their wellness goals. Macey is a huge family person and sports fan. She also enjoys working out, being outdoors, and adventuring with her husband, Austin and their puppy, Booker.

He has been practicing in the west valley for 6 years and has made strong ties to local gyms and medical practitioners. When I first walked into Impact PT I was quickly greeted and met with the Physical Therapist right away. The Therapist stayed with me the whole time and educated me on things I could work on outside of PT. I really liked that I wasn’t handed to a bunch of different techs as well as not having to answer the same question multiple times! They are well trained, friendly, and have your best interest in mind! Injured or not they are great for recovery and prevention! Its great for athletes or the general working man! Give them a call!

This PT clinic is outstanding! I strained my back and neck in an auto accident and after a few months there was residual pain that worsened at times. My doctor referred me to Dr. Eric Hefferon and he is amazing! He was able to determine the cause of the pain and over the course of 7 sessions used a variety of techniques and exercises to resolve the issue. He also gave me a strength circuit to assist with osteoporosis. This is the best I’ve felt in a while and I’m so grateful! Also, the atmosphere at Impact is great - professional, genuinely friendly and encouraging! I can’t recommend Impact highly enough!

Dr. Dave listened to my symptoms and limitations I was experiencing. He was able to accurately pinpoint where the problem was and implemented a program to fix it. He used several methods, including hands on work, strengthening exercises and flexibility to greatly improve and heal the effected body part. I would highly recommend Impact Physical Therapy to anyone needing PT.

The whole crew here is fantastic - highly recommended. They’ve helped me with my long term low back injury and for the first time in a long long time I’m now living almost pain free. I have been having some knee problems and the people at Impact have done an awesome job helping me with my knee. I have been working with Uche the last few visits and he takes the time to ask questions, listen to my responses and work with me to help my knee stronger and experience less pain. He is also very patient which I really appreciate. Everyone who works at Impact is super friendly which creates a very welcoming environment. I am very happy going there and would recommend this place to anyone who needs help with pain 😊

I went to Impact after a car accident left me with a stiff neck/whiplash. I worked with Dr Zoch and she was friendly and knowledgeable. It was not always business all the time, she really gets to know you and is always asking how my family is. She gets to know what your goals are and is always thinking of our next exercise and stretch. When my schedule didn't line up with hers, another professional PT stepped in and knew exactly where I left off with Dr Zoch. The staff was always friendly and kind to me. I looked forward to going to PT because of the staff and the great results I was achieving! I feel better and I have plenty of workouts and stretches to continue after my discharge. Dr Erin at Impact Physical in Scottsdale, AZ is the real deal. I suffered soft tissues injuries from a car crash that left me with pain in my neck and upper back, and tingling, numbness and weakness in my arms and fingers. I could not properly extend my neck or head or even move my head very much in any direction. I thought I would be living with this new pain for the rest of my life. I did not even know it could be corrected through physical therapy and deep tissue massage. The treatments realigned my neck and spine and relieved my pinched nerves. I am now pain free and continue to be even months after treatment. I am very thankful for this doctor's skill and encourage anyone reading this who needs physical therapy or is in pain to go see her!

Impact is amazing!!! I went in for shoulder pain and Erin figured out it was my rib in 2 secs. She is an amazing doctor and am so glad I found her. I felt better in one session and honestly could have stopped after a few but felt it was so good for my health to keep going and progressing. She is a master of her profession! I've gone to Pt all my life for knee, hand, ankle issues and hands down she is the best I've ever met. I would highly recommend going to impact and doing whatever you need to do to get there. Her new coordinator Nakota is amazing as well! Everyone is friendly and warm. I will be missing them when I'm not in!

I have had nothing but outstanding experiences at Impact. They've been super helpful with my knee injury and go above and beyond to make every encounter easy and fun.
