PT, DPT, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certificate in Dry Needling Dr. Eric Hefferon received his advanced doctorate degree in physical therapy from the innovative A.T. Still University. He has been practicing in the west valley for 11 years and has made strong ties to local gyms and medical practitioners. Dr. Hefferon started Impact Physical Therapy due to his passion for an individualized healthcare approach.

Dr. Tamara Hefferon

Physical Therapist, Owner

PT, DPT, Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Lee Silverman Voice Treatment, Certificate in Dry Needling Dr. Tamara Hefferon is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who has a strong passion instilling and empowering others to achieve optimum health, believing strongly in the mantra Exercise is Medicine. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona, with an emphasis in exercise physiology.

Dr. Pia Salcedo

Born and raised in Buena Park, California in Orange County, Dr. Pia later moved to Los Angeles to attend UCLA, where she graduated in 2018. She then stepped outside her Southern California roots to pursue her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Duke University.

Melissa is originally from New Mexico but has lived in Phoenix since she was 7. She loves being a mom to Isaiah-22, Breanna-20, and Roman-9. Spending time and being intentional with family and friends is important to her.

Dr. Matthew Koster

Physical Therapist

Dr. Matt was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He completed his undergraduate schooling at Calvin College (now Calvin University) earning a degree in Pre-Professional Kinesiology with a focus in Physical Therapy. Shortly following graduation, Matt explored his interest in personal training in San Francisco prior to beginning graduate studies at Franklin Pierce University in Goodyear, Arizona.

Dr. Brianna Ramsey

Physical Therapist

Dr. Brianna Ramsey, PT, DPT, was born and raised in Peoria, Arizona. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Athletic Training from Minot State University in North Dakota from 2013 to 2017. Bri traveled around North Dakota working as an athletic training student for various sports for her college and the surrounding high schools as well as receiving physical therapy experience at Trinity Hospital in ND.
