Impact Physical Therapy is a one of a kind outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic!

We are privately owned and have created a fun and enjoyable atmosphere to treat our patients with an amazing team.

We are looking for someone that is friendly, very personable, enjoys a fast paced atmosphere while being kind and courteous to everyone that they encounter. If you enjoy life and making a difference in others lives then this is a great place to work.

Our interview process is selective and we are very picky about who we here. We have many applicants that apply to positions however only accept a few candidates.

Medical Scheduling/receptionist experience is wanted but not required! If you sound like you fit the above description please do not hesitate to apply and we will schedule an interview.

 

Responsibilities:

– Scheduling patients

– Answering phone calls

– Uploading new patients to the EMR

– Maintaining a clean work environment

– Aiding therapists as needed

– Conducting exploration visits and new patient orientations

– Tech savvy

– Some knowledge of Microsoft office

– Smile, friendly, personable, can make people feel special!!!!

– Have fun

– Creating an atmosphere that patients love

– Interacting with patients and talking about anything
