At Home Exercises to Help Manage Foot Pain!
Does it hurt to walk? or even put pressure on your foot? We are here to help! At Impact Physical Therapy, we strive to help our patients and the community with helpful weekly tips on pain management, and this week we are focusing on the foot. There are many different exercises you can do at home to help with pain management for the foot, and Dr. Hefferon explains on the video below!
Some additional tips to help you get started:
1. Stretch
It is so important for you, and great for your body!
2. Take It Slow
Don’t rush into the movements, go at a nice and steady pace.
