Seems simple, but often times people don’t make the time for it- spend 1 hour at least 3 days a week at a local gym, out for a run, or a walk. Exercise can help reduce stress, and really help you live a healthier life!
Relaxation
Take 60 minutes to yourself atleast once s week- take a long bath, read a book, take a nap- whatever your method of relaxing is, DO IT! Allow for that hour to do nothing, this will help refresh your mind and your body!
