Myofascial Cupping

Myofascial CuppingMyofascial cupping can increase your healing time and reduce overall tension.

Myofascial Cupping is very effective in treating trigger points, relieving muscular tension, adhesions, and decreasing swelling. Cupping is generally well tolerated with very little, if any discomfort. Cupping therapy can also target adhesions that develop in the fatty and fascial tissue layers (wrinkles and cellulite). By breaking loose the adhesive bonds that develop in these types of tissue, the tissue becomes more mobile, and the surface of the skin is able to return a more normal state.

Benefits of Myofascial Cupping:

    • Increases nutrient rich blood to an injured or painful area
    • Increase fluid and hydration to assist with recovery
    • Passively stretches Myofascial tissues to allow for normal flexibility
    • Reduces inflammation
  • Can also improve wrinkles and cellulite
